NextAiBotis a white-label WhatsApp inbox for Indian agencies and SMBs. We ship the bits that other BSPs deprioritise — deep white-label, agency- prepaid client invitations, GMB alongside WhatsApp, Coexistence with the WhatsApp Business app, 24-hour service window enforcement — because the Indian agency operator is the buyer we're actually building for.

Why we built this

The Indian agency motion is different.

Every WhatsApp BSP product on the market was built either for the global enterprise (Twilio, Yellow.ai, Haptik) or for a single business buying its own number (Wati, AiSensy, Interakt). None of them were built for the Indian agency operator — the one who runs WhatsApp for 5, 20, or 100 clients under their own brand, bills those clients in INR with GST, onboards a new client in an afternoon, and needs to switch contexts between client workspaces without losing their place.

We've been on the buying end of those tools. White-label is locked behind enterprise sales calls. Client onboarding routes through someone else's Razorpay. Multi-client workspaces are stitched together with browser tabs and shared passwords. GST invoices arrive monthly from a USD-priced platform in someone else's name. None of it fits how a Mumbai or Bengaluru agency actually operates.

So we built the platform we'd want to resell — from the agency operator's seat down, not the SaaS-vendor's pitch up.

How we ship

Four things we hold to even when they make the product harder to build.

Native to the API, not Zapier-glued.

Direct on Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, Instagram Graph API, and Google's Business Profile API. The flows we ship know which channel has a 24-hour service window and which doesn't -- because we wrote against the real API, not a generic abstraction.

White-label is a default tier feature, not enterprise upsell.

Custom domain, your branding, agency-prepaid client invitations skipping Razorpay, GST invoices issued in your name -- all on the published Agency tier. No 'contact sales' for the basics.

Honest about what we don't ship.

If a competitor genuinely covers a use case we don't, we mark it on our comparison pages. We'd rather lose a deal we couldn't serve than win it and disappoint you in month three.

India-first, not India-flavoured.

INR pricing, GST invoicing, Razorpay native, Hindi + regional template support, GSTIN on every invoice. Not 'we also support India' -- this is who we built for.

WhatsApp Cloud API (with Coexistence beta), Instagram DMs + comments, Facebook Page DMs + comments + Lead Ads, Google Business Profile, Telegram, email, and web chat. One inbox, one identity graph.

Engine we run on

Spring Boot + PostgreSQL on the platform tier, Node + GraphQL for the chat / automation layer, Next.js for the dashboard, hosted on AWS. Coexistence webhook subscriptions live. 24-hour service window enforced in the composer.

How we price

INR plans starting at ₹1,499/mo with GST invoicing. Agency White-label at ₹14,999/mo. Meta's per-message billing (Marketing ₹0.78, Utility ₹0.11, Auth ₹0.12, Service messages free) is billed by Meta directly — we don't mark it up.

Where we are

Small team. India based. Direct line to engineering.

We're a small team building this from India. There's no sales tier that routes you to a junior CSM and a 14-day silence. When you message us, an engineer or the operator who works on this every day reads it — and replies within a business day on email or WhatsApp.
