Is there a free trial?+

Yes — every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You'll get the full feature set of the tier you pick so you can evaluate fairly.

Can I change plans later?+

Anytime. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your data and configuration stay intact across plan changes.

What counts as an AI reply?+

Each outbound message generated by the AI engine counts as one reply. Drafts the AI suggests but you don't send don't count. Unused quota doesn't roll over.

Do you charge per channel?+

No — once you're on Growth or Scale, you can connect as many channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, IG, FB, email, web chat, GMB) as you need at no extra cost.

What about WhatsApp message charges from Meta?+

Meta's per-message pricing (₹0.78 marketing, ₹0.11 utility, ₹0.12 authentication; service messages within the 24-hour window are free) is billed by Meta directly under your own WABA. We don't mark it up. The composer shows you the per-broadcast cost estimate before you send.

I run a marketing agency. Can I resell this to my clients?+

Yes — that's exactly what the Agency White-label tier is built for. Run the platform on your own domain (app.your-agency.com), set your own price book per client, invite prepaid clients without routing them through Razorpay, and issue GST-compliant invoices in your agency's name.

Do you offer GST invoices?+

Yes. INR billing is GST-compliant; we issue a GST invoice in your company's name on request, with your GSTIN on the document. On the Agency White-label tier, your end-client invoices are also GST-compliant and issued in your agency's name (not ours).
