What the AWS S3 integration does

AWS S3 works as a media + archive store -- same role as R2 with different cost / region trade-offs. Use it if your stack is already AWS-aligned or if R2's region coverage doesn't fit.

Standard IAM access key + secret on Settings -> Storage Providers -> AWS S3. Bucket + region + path prefix configurable.

Is the AWS S3 integration available on every plan?+

AWS S3 is available on Growth and Agency White-label plans. Starter (single-channel) doesn't include third-party integrations -- you can upgrade in-app whenever you need them.

Do I pay extra for AWS S3?+

Our integration is free on the plans that include it. Whatever AWS S3 themselves charge (API usage, transaction fees, subscription) is billed by AWS S3 directly to your account -- we don't mark it up.

How long does setup take?+

3 steps; about 10-15 minutes if you already have an AWS S3 account. The longest step is usually generating the API key on AWS S3's side -- the connection itself on our side is one paste.

Can my clients use this on my white-label workspace?+

Yes. The integration sits inside the workspace, so when you provision a client they see the AWS S3 option in their Settings under your agency brand. Per-client credentials supported -- your client's AWS S3 key, not yours.

What if the AWS S3 integration doesn't cover my exact flow?+

Two options: (1) compose with Zapier / Make / n8n for one-off use cases without engineering work; (2) wire our custom webhook firehose to your own backend for complex flows. Both available on the same plans.

Is the integration production-ready?+
