What the Google Calendar integration does

When a customer picks a slot in a WhatsApp flow (interactive list), we create a Google Calendar event + send the customer a confirmation template + send the calendar invite to the agent / clinic / sales rep.

How it connects

OAuth into Google with Calendar scope, pick the destination calendar. Flow builder gets a 'Show available slots' + 'Book slot' node pair.

Is the Google Calendar integration available on every plan?+

Google Calendar is available on Growth and Agency White-label plans. Starter (single-channel) doesn't include third-party integrations -- you can upgrade in-app whenever you need them.

Do I pay extra for Google Calendar?+

Our integration is free on the plans that include it. Whatever Google Calendar themselves charge (API usage, transaction fees, subscription) is billed by Google Calendar directly to your account -- we don't mark it up.

How long does setup take?+

3 steps; about 10-15 minutes if you already have an Google Calendar account. The longest step is usually generating the API key on Google Calendar's side -- the connection itself on our side is one paste.

Can my clients use this on my white-label workspace?+

Yes. The integration sits inside the workspace, so when you provision a client they see the Google Calendar option in their Settings under your agency brand. Per-client credentials supported -- your client's Google Calendar key, not yours.

What if the Google Calendar integration doesn't cover my exact flow?+

Two options: (1) compose with Zapier / Make / n8n for one-off use cases without engineering work; (2) wire our custom webhook firehose to your own backend for complex flows. Both available on the same plans.

Is the integration production-ready?+

Yes -- Google Calendar is marked Live, which means it's shipped and in production with paying customers. Standard SLA applies.
