What the Stripe integration does

Stripe handles non-INR billing for agencies running clients outside India. Cards, SEPA, ACH -- all the global rails Stripe supports. We use the same payment-link + webhook pattern as Razorpay, so flows you build for one work on the other with a provider swap.

How it connects

Connect a Stripe restricted key on the Settings page. We listen for checkout.session.completed + invoice.payment_succeeded webhooks so paid orders / subscriptions reflect immediately. Stripe Connect is supported for marketplace-style splits.

  3. 3Add our webhook URL on Stripe -> Developers -> Webhooks with the events listed in our setup guide.
  4. 4Test with Stripe's 4242-test card before going live.

Is the Stripe integration available on every plan?+

Stripe is available on Growth and Agency White-label plans. Starter (single-channel) doesn't include third-party integrations -- you can upgrade in-app whenever you need them.

Do I pay extra for Stripe?+

Our integration is free on the plans that include it. Whatever Stripe themselves charge (API usage, transaction fees, subscription) is billed by Stripe directly to your account -- we don't mark it up.

How long does setup take?+

4 steps; about 10-15 minutes if you already have an Stripe account. The longest step is usually generating the API key on Stripe's side -- the connection itself on our side is one paste.

Can my clients use this on my white-label workspace?+

Yes. The integration sits inside the workspace, so when you provision a client they see the Stripe option in their Settings under your agency brand. Per-client credentials supported -- your client's Stripe key, not yours.

What if the Stripe integration doesn't cover my exact flow?+

Two options: (1) compose with Zapier / Make / n8n for one-off use cases without engineering work; (2) wire our custom webhook firehose to your own backend for complex flows. Both available on the same plans.

Is the integration production-ready?+

Yes -- Stripe is marked Live, which means it's shipped and in production with paying customers. Standard SLA applies.
